Teams and Stadiums

The United Football League (UFL) is home to eight teams, each playing at a home stadium unlike what the USFL did in its 2022 and 2023 season.

Here’s a closer look at where each team calls home:

  • Arlington Renegades – Choctaw Stadium
  • Birmingham Stallions – Protective Stadium
  • Michigan Panthers – Ford Field
  • Houston Roughnecks – TDECU Stadium
  • Memphis Showboats – Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium
  • San Antonio Brahmas – The Alamodome
  • St. Louis Battlehawks – The Dome at America’s Center
  • Washington D.C. Defenders – Audi Field

From the Beer Snake in DC to the Boatmen in Memphis, in year two of the UFL, expect to see more local identity as fans get attached to their teams. UFL games are fun and affordable for the whole family. Unlike the NFL.

League Finances and Media

The United Football League (UFL) stands on a solid financial foundation in year two. UFL News Hub has been hearing for sources for some time that owners FOX, ESPN and RedBird Capital, along with Dany Garcia and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, are all in on the United Football League. Unlike Spring Football leagues of the last several years like the AAF, this league is here to stay.

FOX, the UFL’s primary broadcast partner, will air UFL games on its main network and the FOX Sports App, making it easy for fans to catch all the action. ABC will feature select UFL games, including the Championship Game, while ESPN will provide coverage on its main network and ESPN+ streaming service.

With the support of its media partners, the United Football League UFL is poised to become a major player in professional football screen for years to come.
