The UFL confirms that Donald De La Haye aka Deestroying will be appearing on SportsCenter January 2nd at 2 PM ET to discuss the UFL’s 2025 schedule release and his return to professional football.
UPDATE – Jan 8th;
De La Haye, who creates content as “Deestroying” for 6 million YouTube subscribers, signed with the San Antonio Brahmas on October 29, 2024. His return follows neck fractures sustained during a Week 2 kickoff return tackle in 2024.
“I refuse to go out like that after my injury. The story is far from over, and I have more football to play. Brahmas, I’m back,” De La Haye stated following his signing.
Deestroying has a wide reach with fans through multiple platforms, including Instagram (2.7 million followers), X (115,100 followers), and Facebook (614,000 followers). His content spans football demonstrations, sports-related entertainment, and behind-the-scenes insights into professional football.
De La Haye expanded his presence in football media through “Kickin’ It with Dee,” a podcast launched September 25, 2024, co-hosted with Brahmas punter Brad Wing.
The UFL’s 2025 season starts March 28, featuring a 10-week regular season. The schedule concludes with playoffs and the UFL Championship Game on June 14, 2025.
The United Football League announced this week that the 2025 UFL schedule will drop on all its social channels January 2nd.
*UPDATE: It looks like the UFL official Instagram account has taken down the post. We are not sure if the Sugar Bowl day change had anything to do with the sudden change.
