Many of us have realized the talent level will only grow stronger in the UFL as not only does the league develop players and their own fan-base, but also being a developmental league for NFL players. Now that many players are subsidizing their pay with money made and NFL camps a synergy is building making Spring Football an actual career option. The league has an abundance of talent as we gear toward expansion. As they have signed many players whereby camp is not a question mark, but something to get in shape for, it is now time to sign their head coaches. To give a vision as to who these players will be playing for. The players and the teams’ fan deserve that.

To clarify a sentence in my comments field…. 2025 will continue with 8 players, but we cannot expand to 10 or more franchises without increased amounts of talented players. We have coached up many of these players to the point their talent is now able to be spread across 10-12 teams.
