The first regular season for the UFL ended in 2024, and the final weekend of the regular season included four stellar matchups. Teams wanted a solid finish to the season, and players wanted to showcase their talent one last time before they looked for future opportunities. The Stallions-Panthers and Brahmas-Battlehawks games were previews for the USFL and XFL Conference championship games, and the Memphis Showboats secured the first pick in the 2024 UFL Draft by defeating the Houston Roughnecks in the season finale for both teams.

Several UFL quarterbacks took advantage of their opportunity to display their playmaking abilities, including Luis Perez and Jordan Ta’amu, in an exciting matchup between the Renegades and the Defenders. Other quarterbacks were trying to finish the season without suffering injuries to be ready to play for a chance to earn their right to appear in the UFL championship game. Regardless of the situation for each UFL team and the quarterbacks of those teams, the opportunity for each quarterback to play well was valuable.
