Today DC Defender season ticket holders got the following message from United Football League President and Chief Executive Officer Russ Brandon. This comes on the heals of UFL New Hubs Mike Mitchell’s article about UFL playoff game location conflicts for Defenders and Panthers fans.
Thank you for your tremendous support as a DC Defenders Shield Crew season ticket member!
When the 2025 UFL schedule was released, we were aware of potential conflicts that could prevent some venues from hosting a Conference Championship on Sunday, June 8. Unfortunately, due to previously scheduled stadium events, Audi Field was not made available to the Defenders to host the UFL Conference Championship Game.
As Conference Championship matchups are confirmed over the final weeks of the season, additional details regarding location, ticket pricing, and watch party perks will be released.
We need you to keep Audi rowdy as the team battles for a fantastic finish to the regular season. We look forward to seeing you this Sunday for a full slate of fan appreciation activations and again for our home finale on Friday, May 30.
Thank you for your continued support!

It will be interesting to see how the league handles it. I suspect if DC wins the division and St Louis is in second place. The game will be played at The Dome in St Louis.
As a Defenders fan, that stinks, but as a fan who wants to see this league grow and flourish. A playoff game in St Louis is what the United Football League needs as far as revenue and look on TV.
