Major changes are coming to the United Football League. Today the league unveiled new locations and logos for the 2026 season. Will this change be the key to take the league to the next level or not make a difference.
Here are the new teams and their logos.
ORLANDO STORM

LOUISVILLE KINGS

COLUMBUS AVIATORS

There are also name changes for two UFL locations. Houston goes from the Roughnecks to the USFL’s Gamblers. The Arlington Renegades has return to the Dallas Renegades from the XFL.
HOUSTON GAMBLERS

DALLAS RENEGADES

The league is also changing its UFL branding.

I’m liking the Aviators logos. That’s going to make for a pretty good looking uniform. Louisville Kings? Meh, I’ll have to wait and see. I get the connection with horse racing being the sport of Kings but the uni’s have the potential to look like the old Viper uni’s. The Storm for Orlando is creative and going back to the Gamblers was a good move that should’ve never been needed. Dallas, Arlington? Enough said. The other 3 are standards but some uniform updates might be a good move. St. Louis and DC are nearly the same just one red and one blue. Pretty boring.
I’m looking forward to the coming season and a possible road trip to Louisville. It looks like the Kings and Battlehawk’s may be in the same division at least as they’re listed. That’d give us home and home games.
Ultimately, I’m just happy to finally hear some news.

Wow I love the new rebrands, dynamic and fresh. The new markets Columbus and Louisville should do well and the rebrand of Houston and Orlando look amazing.Hopefully attendance increases dramatically as it’s good to have an alternative football league to watch on tv.Living in Canada we get to see the UFL on cable tv. I can hardly wait for the season to start American football rocks!!!!

I like all the new logos and colors. Would I have them different? Sure but do I think these, absolutely – Yes!
Logo SO MUCH BETTER. XFL was trying to be trendy/modern. This logo is tighter and screams FOOTBALL. No guessing. I even like the montage promo. They repeat United Football League! Make it a punch in face so people get it!
Arlington to Dallas and Bandit on helmet – YES!
Roughnecks and that stupid split helmet to HOUSTON GAMBLERS, sporting Shell colors?
Hell Yes!
Big Balz Mike Repole in the House!

First of all, congratulations on accurately predicting the Columbus Aviators six months ago.
Second… if there is one thing that Repole is undeniably good at, it’s branding. Going back to the Dallas Renegades and Houston Gamblers brands corrects two things that should have never happened. (I get why Houston was what it was, but they destroyed the Roughnecks brand with what they did anyway, and it’s only right to go back to the Gamblers.) The move to soccer-specific stadiums with roofs covering the fans has a good chance of helping attendance by not putting fans in sweltering heat all spring. Plus, there’s an additional benefit: more room for a wider field, which isn’t a huge deal now, but with the CFL going to a 100×65 yard field soon, there is the possibility of becoming more compatible with that down the road. The one that makes my head itch is the Orlando Storm. The Storm were Orlando’s bitter rivals in arena football for over two decades. Was he not aware of this or was it intentional? Ah, well, better than that shoehorned Guardians brand that belongs with New York.
I’m not thrilled with all of what Repole is doing but by and large, the new reveals were a hit much more than a miss.
