Perry, proved to be too much for the Roughnecks’ defense to handle. With this result, the Panthers improve their record to 2-1, while the Roughnecks remain winless at 0-3 in the UFL standings.
The Panthers started the season with three straight home games and now wont return home till May 5th against the Arlington Renegades. The Roughnecks are home against those Arlington Renegades next week.
Panthers’ Offensive Prowess
The Panthers’ offense was firing on all cylinders, with E.J. Perry leading the charge. Perry completed 16 of 19 passes for 208 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 60 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries.
