DC Defenders

The Defenders struggled to find consistency on offense, with quarterback Jordan Ta’amu completing 25 of 45 passes for 235 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 1 interception. The rushing game was limited to just 44 yards on 13 carries. DC had a chance to tie the game but a costly penalty reversed a touchdown and swung the game in San Antonio’s favor.

On defense, Isaiah Johnson led the team with 7 total tackles, while Malik Fisher contributed 7 tackles, 1 sack, and 2 tackles for loss.

The San Antonio Brahmas are a top the UFL standings with this win, while the DC Defenders will look to bounce back in their next game against the Houston Roughnecks.
