## This Week's UFL Schedule

### [Houston Gamblers](https://uflnewshub.com/team/houston-gamblers) at [DC Defenders](https://uflnewshub.com/team/dc-defenders)

- When | Saturday, April 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET
- Where | Audi Field, Washington D.C.
- TV | ESPN
- Line | DC Defenders -6 | O/U 48

Both teams enter at 1-1 after picking up their first wins last week. The Gamblers nailed a game-winner against Birmingham while DC torched Columbus 44-26. This feels like a measuring stick game for two squads trying to establish themselves in the competitive UFL landscape.

Houston's red zone struggles nearly cost them against the Stallions, managing just 22 points despite 407 total yards. DC's offense looked explosive in their blowout victory, but they'll face a tougher test against Kevin Sumlin's defense.

**Players to Watch:**

- **[Deon Jackson](https://uflnewshub.com/player/deon-jackson-33148)** (DC Defenders, RB) — League's top rusher with 154 yards and 4 TDs through two games
- **[Jalen White](https://uflnewshub.com/player/jalen-white-34335)** (Houston Gamblers, RB) — Houston's workhorse back with 82 yards and a score
- **[Sam Castronova](https://uflnewshub.com/player/sam-castronova-34352)** (Houston Gamblers, QB) — Arena Football All-Pro signed to replace injured Hunter Dekkers

**Pick:** DC Defenders 27-20. Jackson's ground game and home field give the defending champs the edge.
