The San Antonio Brahmas defeated the Arlington Renegades 20-15 in a closely contested UFL game. With the win, the Brahmas improve to 6-2 on the season, while the Renegades fall to 1-7.

The Brahmas lock in a playoff spot in the XFL Conference. Right now the Battlehawks own the tie breaker. But home field remains up in the air.

The Brahmas were led by a strong performance from quarterback Quinten Dormady, who completed 17 of 25 passes for 320 yards and 2 touchdowns. Running back Anthony McFarland Jr. was Dormady’s top target, catching 2 passes for 118 yards and both of the team’s touchdowns. The Brahmas’ top offensive performers were:

The Renegades were led by quarterback Luis Perez, who completed 22 of 33 passes for 209 yards and 2 touchdowns. Wide receiver Sal Cannella was Perez’s top target, catching 9 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown. The Renegades’ top offensive performers were:

  • Sal Cannella: 9 receptions, 87 yards, 1 TD
  • Tyler Vaughns: 6 receptions, 75 yards
  • De’Veon Smith: 10 rushes, 38 yards; 1 reception, 9 yards
  • Lindsey Scott: 1 rush, 21 yards

With the loss, the Renegades remain at the bottom of the XFL Conference standings, while the Brahmas sit in second place behind the St. Louis Battlehawks.
