Todd Haley

Offensive Coordinator

Columbus Aviators

Todd Haley joins the Columbus Aviators as offensive coordinator after a coaching career that spans nearly three decades across the NFL and the spring leagues. The son of longtime NFL scout Dick Haley, Todd broke into coaching with the New York Jets in 1997 and later spent time with the Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys before establishing himself as one of the league's most respected play-callers.

As offensive coordinator of the Arizona Cardinals, Haley helped engineer the 2008 offense that rode Kurt Warner, Larry Fitzgerald, and Anquan Boldin to Super Bowl XLIII. He parlayed that success into the head-coaching job with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2009, leading Kansas City to an AFC West title and a playoff berth in 2010. He later served as offensive coordinator of the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2012 to 2017, overseeing high-powered attacks built around Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown, and Le'Veon Bell.

Haley brings that NFL pedigree — and a reputation for maximizing quarterback play — to a young Aviators franchise preparing for its inaugural 2026 UFL season.
