OKC - Small but FB friendly

While OKC is not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice due to TV mkt size - its almost exactly the size of Birm (.61 million HouseHolds) - beware Birm! What it does have is a "fill-able" and likely inexpensive to operate stadium - OKC demographics are noticeably higher income than Birm - ie more disposable money. And close to Dallas. Its in the CST time zone but may bring in some western state casuals - AZ, CO, NM etc... But most importantly what this announcement screams to the potential and existing Fan Base - UFL WILL BE AROUND in 2028! And that's something gun-shy fans WANT and NEED to hear.
