Small and even smaller Stadium logic

I'm starting to see into the this logic more - like LK and OKC. The cost must be cheaper and cheaper for these soccer stadiums. Especially in smaller cities with 15k and smaller stadiums. Also the effort required to fill them up in LK (11800 seats with seat backs, plus 3k standing) - is much less than even StL trying to fill 30k. The down side is how big is the TV market in those cities? so you weigh the pluses and minuses. And with 2 years to pump OKC - selling out 10k over 5 games should be quite manageable. Stadiums in UFL: Birm - Protective 47k - traditional mid sized FB stadium, in city , owner BJCC gov authority Colu - Hist. Crew 20k - soccer, in city, owner Columbus Crew D.C. - Audi Field 20k - soccer, in city, owner D.C. Dal. - Toyota Stad. 24k (11k for now) -soccer, in Frisco (Dal sub), owner City of Frisco Hou. - Shell Energy Stad 20.7k - soccer, in city, owner Houston-Harris cnty Loui - Lynn Fam Stad 15.3k (11.7k seats) - soccer, in city, owner Soccer Holdings LLC Orl. - Inter&co Stad 25.5k - soccer, in city, owner Orlando City SC StL - The Dome at AC - 67k - football, in city, owner StL regional sports auth. OKC - OKC Stad? - 10k - soccer, in city owner City of Oklahoma City Dal, DC, Houston are top 10 TV mkts. They need those. Orlando is Detroit sized and #15 TV market. Stl is still top 25 at least. Columbus, Birm, OKC, Louis. (in descending order) are all smaller but have less major sport competition. Mike never said or emphasized filling these sized stadiums - what he said was with 8-12k actual fans attending - they would provide a loud fun fan experience. But we know costs are lower to rent and operate. Easier to fill. Better looking on TV. All of which leads to TV still being the focus. I'm sure with Toyota under construction they likely got a really good deal for first two seasons. MR would likely prefer 10-15k stadiums, which is why he jumped at OKC. It also means if Detroit can get their act together and have that 15k stadium (Alumnifi field) in time for 2028, its very ideal for UFL return. Bring back the Panthers and Mike Nolan!
