2025 Harper re-signed with the Stallions on August 14, 2024. 2024 Played in both postseason games for the Stallions, making five solo tackles combined. Appeared in seven games during the Stallions 2024 regular season, making 30 total tackles (20 solo, 10 assisted). Started five of his seven games played during the regular season. Joined the Birmingham Stallions on October 5, 2023 after being selected in the sixth round of the UFL Dispersal Draft. Prior to the Stallions Had stints with the New York Giants, Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers during his NFL career. Released by the Giants in 2021 and later joined the Las Vegas Raiders for a second stint in the same year. Signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2020 after playing college football at Southern Illinois University. At SIU, he was an honorable mention All-MVFC cornerback with 42 tackles, 12 pass breakups and two interceptions in 11 games.
