DC DEFENDERS at BIRMINGHAM STALLIONS

Friday, April 24 | 8:00 PM EDT | Protective Stadium, Birmingham, AL | FOX

The 3-1 DC Defenders travel to face the 1-3 Birmingham Stallions in a Friday night matchup. DC is coming off another strong win and are playing at the standard that won them a championship last season. The Defenders saw Jordan Ta’amu play his best game so far this season last week. The Stallions are looking to get back on the trail after being lost on a 3-game losing streak. After struggles from the offense, Birmingham has traded quarterback Matt Corral and DT Amani Bledsoe for quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who will start for Birmingham this week.

Writer's Pick: 100% DC Defenders

ST. LOUIS BATTLEHAWKS at ORLANDO STORM

Saturday, April 25 | 7:00 PM EDT | Inter&Co Stadium, Orlando, FL | ESPN

The 2-2 St. Louis Battlehawks head to Orlando to face the undefeated 4-0 Storm. Orlando has been good offensively and great defensively. St. Louis has been great defensively and woefully insufficient offensively. This has led to St. Louis trading for quarterback Luis Perez from the Dallas Renegades. Ricky Proehl stated that Harrison Frost is still the starter for the Battlehawks but may be on a short leash with the Spring King now in the quarterback room.

Writer's Pick: 87.5% Orlando Storm

COLUMBUS AVIATORS👑 at HOUSTON GAMBLERS

Sunday, April 26 | 12:00 PM EDT | Shell Energy Stadium, Houston, TX | ABC

The 1-3 Columbus Aviators are looking tough after being the better team in both of the last 2 weeks, which were back-to-back games against the Dallas Renegades. The offensive line has taken steps forward every game, the rushing attack is looking fierce, and the defense has been very solid.

Meanwhile, the Houston Gamblers are struggling offensively amid injuries to quarterbacks Nolan Henderson and Hunter Dekkers, whose game status is up in the air. In the event they both remain injured, we will likely see Taulia Tagovailoa get the start for Houston.

Writer's Pick: 100% Columbus Aviators

LOUISVILLE KINGS at DALLAS RENEGADES🃏

Sunday, April 26 | 3:00 PM EDT | Toyota Stadium, Frisco, TX | ABC

The 1-3 Louisville Kings are coming off their first win of the season, which came in overtime over the Houston Gamblers, and will travel to take on the 3-1 Dallas Renegades, who return home after sustaining their first loss in Columbus. After trading away Jason Bean, the Kings have named Chandler Rogers the starter and will now see what Mike DiLiello can do as the new backup. For Dallas, quarterback Austin Reed and WR Tyler Vaughns will be looking to get back to putting up video game numbers after being limited by Columbus the last 2 weeks.

Writer's Pick: 75% Dallas Renegades

  • Crown Holder 👑: Columbus Aviators
The Columbus Aviators stole the Crown with a 28-14 home upset over the Dallas Renegades. They will look to defend The Crown on the road Sunday night in Houston.

  • Court Jester 🃏: Dallas Renegades
The Columbus Aviators foisted the unfortunate title of Court Jester upon the Dallas Renegades by defeating them at home. The Renegades will host the Louisville Kings on Sunday.

If a team defeats the Crown Holder, they steal the Crown and become the new Crown Holder. If a team loses to the Court Jester, they become the new Court Jester, freeing the previous holder.
