The UFL is hiring a Vice President of Business Intelligence to run data and analytics out of its league office. The job pays a base salary of $220,000 to $250,000, with bonus and benefits on top, and reports to the EVP of Finance.
Whoever lands the role will build the data backbone that ties together ticketing, sponsorship, media, digital, merchandise, CRM, and football operations. Day to day, that means setting the league's key metrics, building the dashboards executives lean on, and reading the numbers behind attendance, ticket pricing, fan behavior, and possible expansion markets. The VP also builds and leads an analytics staff.
The UFL wants at least 10 years in business intelligence or analytics, plus hands-on work with SQL, Python, cloud data tools, and BI platforms. The job sits in the Tri-State area on a hybrid schedule, two to three days a week in the office.
Three UFL Business-Side Jobs Come Off the Board
Three business-side openings closed to applications this week: an Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Experience role with the Houston Gamblers, and two VP, Team Business Operations roles, one with the St. Louis Battlehawks and one with the Birmingham Stallions.
The Houston job reported to the Sr. Director of Ticket Sales & Service. The St. Louis job reported to the Senior Vice President of Team Business & League Operations, and the Birmingham job reported to the Executive Vice President of Business Operations & Administration.
Each posting now reads "This job is closed to new applications." The UFL usually pulls a listing once it fills the seat, which points to a July 2026 hire on all three.
