UFL Front Office Jobs: VP of Ticket Sales and Sr. Director of Brand & Team Marketing Open

The UFL posted two league office jobs this week. One runs ticket sales across the league's eight markets. One runs brand and marketing for the league and its teams. Both jobs pay six figures, and both are based at the league's White Plains, New York headquarters. The careers board now lists six openings.

VP, Ticket Sales & Service

This job runs local sales and service campaigns across the UFL's teams. It covers season ticket memberships, group tickets, premium seating, and individual game tickets. It sets pricing, packaging, retention, and sales training.

The VP, Ticket Sales & Service reports to the SVP, Ticket Sales & Service. The job helps develop and manage eight Directors, Ticket Sales & Service at the team level. It works with the UFL Business Intelligence and Ticket Operations staff on ticket prices, and with the CRM team on customer records. It also takes part in hiring local market staff.

The salary range is $175,000 to $200,000 per year, plus incentive pay and benefits. The job is based in White Plains, New York, on a hybrid schedule. The league will also take a remote candidate. Travel stays under 30 percent. During the season the job attends weekly games in team markets and the playoffs.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in sports management, marketing, or business, or equivalent experience. The posting asks for 10 or more years in ticket sales at a college or pro franchise, with five years of management experience preferred. It also asks for proficiency in the Archtics ticketing system and CRM databases.

Sr. Director, Brand & Team Marketing

This job owns brand and marketing strategy for the league and all eight teams. It covers team marketing strategy, field marketing, game presentation, brand strategy, and ticketing campaigns and promotions. It develops each team's brand voice across social, mascot, Kids Club, hype team, street teams, and game day tone.

The job owns marketing for the league's key dates. Those include identity reveals, head coach and city announcements, team brand reveals, uniform unveils, the player draft, the schedule release, training camp, opening weekend, theme nights, the playoffs, and the championship. It works with game presentation consultants on game day.

The Sr. Director, Brand & Team Marketing reports to the VP, Marketing & Brand Strategy. It manages staff across brand, marketing operations, team marketing, and game presentation. It owns marketing budgets across the teams and approves team plans. The salary range is $180,000 to $220,000 per year, plus incentive pay and benefits. The posting header lists $180,000 to $200,000, while the compensation section lists $180,000 to $220,000. The job is based at the White Plains headquarters on a hybrid schedule. Travel runs over 30 percent.

The posting asks for 10 or more years of marketing management experience in consumer, sports, or entertainment. It requires a BA or BS, with a master's or MBA preferred.

Where the UFL Is Hiring

Both jobs live on the UFL careers board, which runs on ADP Workforce Now. The board lists six openings. The other four are the Head of Business Operations (Team) at $130,000 to $235,000, the Director, Strategic Finance at $125,000 to $165,000, the VP, Consumer Products at $200,000 to $230,000, and a temporary part-time Accounting Associate at $25 to $32 per hour.

Readers who check TeamWork Online will not find the two new jobs there yet. The ADP board carries them first.

UFL Business Operations Run From White Plains, New York

The UFL runs its business operations from White Plains, New York, at 1 N Broadway. It runs its football operations from Arlington, Texas. The White Plains office operates under XFL Properties LLC, which does business as the United Football League.

Mike Repole invested in the UFL in July 2025. Repole co-founded Vitaminwater, BodyArmor, and NoBull. His firm, Impact Capital, leads the league's business operations. Both new jobs sit under that group. See our Mike Repole coverage.

The UFL Is Rebuilding Ticketing and Marketing

Repole's group took over business operations and cut the market-level team business roles. No team had a VP of Team Business Operations for the 2026 season.

The league is now hiring those functions back at the same time, at the league level and the team level. The postings cover a VP over ticket sales across all eight markets, a Sr. Director over brand and team marketing, and a Head of Business Operations in seven markets for the 2027 season.

The VP, Ticket Sales & Service posting refers to eight Directors, Ticket Sales & Service at the team level. That points to team ticketing staffs being rebuilt as well.

Both new postings note that the league has eight teams and plans expansion for 2028 and beyond. The hiring adds league-level and team-level business staff ahead of that growth.

Three More UFL Jobs Come Off the Board

Three business-side jobs closed. The VP, Business Intelligence job closed. It posted around July 13 at $220,000 to $250,000 and ran about 14 days. A part-time Receptionist and Office Administrator role at the White Plains office closed. The VP, Team Business Operations job with the Orlando Storm closed.

Each posting now reads closed to new applications. The UFL usually pulls a listing once it fills the seat, which points to a July 2026 hire on all three. That makes six UFL business-side roles closed in July.
