After a season spent finding the end zone, Jerminic Smith Sr. stands alone as the IFL’s Offensive Player of the Year.
The Indoor Football League is proud to announce Tulsa Oilers wide receiver Jerminic Smith Sr. as the 2026 IFL Offensive Player of the Year.
Smith put together one of the most productive offensive seasons in the league, finishing the regular season with 93 receptions for 1,061 yards and 31 receiving touchdowns. He also added 30 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown, giving him 32 total touchdowns on the year.
A consistent matchup problem throughout the season, Smith gave Tulsa a reliable playmaker who could create separation, finish drives and produce in big moments. His 1,000-yard season and ability to consistently find the end zone made him one of the most dangerous weapons in the IFL.
Smith's production also earned him a spot on the 2026 All-IFL First Team, further recognizing his impact during a standout season with the Oilers.
From moving the chains to finishing drives in the end zone, Smith was at the center of a Tulsa offense that helped carry the Oilers to the Eastern Conference Championship Game.
His combination of production, consistency and scoring ability earned Jerminic Smith Sr. 2026 IFL Offensive Player of the Year honors.
