Free Event Gives Fans and Media an Inside Look at the Teams Competing for the 2026 IFL National Championship
The stage is nearly set for the 2026 Indoor Football League National Championship, and fans and media will have the opportunity to hear directly from the championship participants before they battle for the title.
The 2026 IFL National Championship Media Event will take place Saturday, August 15 at 2:00 PM Arizona time / 5:00 PM ET on the field inside Tucson Arena at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC).
The event is free and open to the public.
Hosted by IFL National Championship play-by-play broadcaster Brent Stover, the Media Event will feature the IFL Commissioner, along with the head coaches, team representatives and four players from each of the two teams competing in the 2026 IFL National Championship.
Stover will lead a discussion with both teams as they prepare for the league's biggest stage, giving fans and media a closer look at the players, coaches and storylines surrounding the championship matchup.
The program will be followed by a Q&A and media availability, providing attending media members the opportunity to speak with championship participants less than 24 hours before kickoff.
For fans, the event offers a rare opportunity to get an up-close look at both championship teams and hear directly from the players and coaches before they take the field with the title on the line.
The IFL National Championship Media Event will also be broadcast live on the IFL Network on Saturday and will air nationally on YSN on Sunday, August 16, as part of the lead-up to the 2026 IFL National Championship.

The 2026 IFL National Championship will be played Sunday, August 16 at Tucson Arena at the Tucson Convention Center.
Doors open at 3:30 PM Arizona time, with kickoff set for 4:30 PM Arizona / 7:30 PM ET.
After a season of battles across the Indoor Football League, two teams will arrive in Tucson with one game remaining and one championship on the line.
