The 2026 UFL Playoffs are set. Both semifinal games kick off Sunday, June 7. The two winners advance to the United Bowl on Saturday, June 13, at Audi Field in Washington, D.C.
Four teams made the field: the Orlando Storm, St. Louis Battlehawks, Louisville Kings, and DC Defenders. The UFL uses a top-four bracket. The four teams with the best records qualify.
UFL Semifinal Schedule
Game 1 — 3 p.m. ET on ABC No. 1 Orlando Storm vs. No. 4 DC Defenders Site: Historic Crew Stadium, Columbus, Ohio
Game 2 — 6 p.m. ET on FOX No. 3 Louisville Kings at No. 2 St. Louis Battlehawks Site: The Dome at America's Center, St. Louis
No. 1 Orlando Storm vs. No. 4 DC Defenders
The Orlando Storm finished as the No. 1 seed. Orlando went 8-2 in its first UFL season under head coach Anthony Becht. Quarterback Jack Plummer threw 15 touchdown passes against one interception during the regular season.
The Storm earned a home playoff game but will not play in Orlando. Inter&Co Stadium was unavailable on June 7 due to an international soccer match. The UFL moved the game to a neutral site in Columbus, Ohio, at 3 p.m. ET on ABC. XFL
The DC Defenders enter as the defending UFL champions. DC won the 2025 title. Quarterback Jordan Ta'amu suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 8. DC averaged 32.7 points per game with Ta'amu in the first six weeks and 20 points per game during a three-game losing streak that followed. Jason Bean will start at quarterback for DC in the playoffs. Bean made his first appearance for the Defenders in the Week 10 finale.
Season series: Orlando swept DC in two meetings. The Storm won the first matchup 27-19 in Week 9, with Plummer throwing for 275 yards and three touchdowns. Orlando won the Week 10 finale 29-23, finishing the regular season on a four-game winning streak. Sunday's game is the third meeting between the teams this season.
No. 3 Louisville Kings at No. 2 St. Louis Battlehawks
The St. Louis Battlehawks finished as the No. 2 seed. St. Louis went 6-4 under first-year head coach Ricky Proehl. The Battlehawks clinched a home playoff game for the third straight year. St. Louis went 0-2 in its last two postseason appearances and seeks its first playoff win.
St. Louis has the top defense in the UFL. Entering the final week, the Battlehawks allowed the fewest yards per game (246.2) and the second-fewest points per game (19.6) in the league.
The Louisville Kings made the playoffs in their first UFL season under head coach Chris Redman. Louisville started 0-3 before earning a postseason spot. The Kings closed the regular season with a win at Columbus.
Season series: St. Louis won the only meeting 16-3 in Week 6 at Louisville. The Battlehawks defense held the Kings to 211 total yards and no touchdowns and sacked quarterback Chandler Rogers seven times. Louisville managed six first downs and 166 yards of total offense in that game. After the loss, Redman said of St. Louis: "That's the best team we've played this year."
United Bowl
The 2026 United Bowl will be played Saturday, June 13, at Audi Field in Washington, D.C. The two semifinal winners meet for the UFL Championship.
