Glaser started at right guard this past season for the Aviators and caught a pass on a trick play for 21 yards. He was a reliable piece in pass protection who seldom allowed pressure. Pro Football Focus attributed him to allowing 2 sacks and 6 additional pressures on 118 pass blocking snaps.
Glaser played his college ball with Virginia from 2017 through 2021, where he played in 53 games with 44 starts.
Glaser signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022 as an undrafted free agent and spent a lot of time with the New York Jets from 2022 until 2024’s final cuts after being waived by the Chiefs. He played in 5 games with 1 start for the Jets in 2023 and dressed in 3 games for the Chicago Bears in 2024. He was waived by the Bears in August of 2025.
