UFL Front Office Jobs Reach Team Markets: Six Ticket Sales Roles Open, Board Hits 17

The UFL put jobs on its team boards this week. All eight team boards were empty on August 10. Six of them carry a posting now.

The league posted eight front office jobs since August 10, and the careers board now lists 17 openings. One posting came off the board.

Account Executive, Ticket Sales Opens in Six Markets

The UFL posted an Account Executive, Ticket Sales job in six team markets. The markets are Columbus, Dallas, DC, Louisville, Orlando, and St. Louis.

Birmingham and Houston do not have one. Those are the same two markets missing from the Head of Business Operations (Team) posting. Birmingham has never appeared on that posting. Houston came off it between July 22 and August 10.

Each market has its own posting under its own team board. The Columbus Aviators, Dallas Renegades, Louisville Kings, Orlando Storm, and St. Louis Battlehawks each list the job on their own page.

The DC Defenders posting lists $56,000 to $66,000 per year. The other five list no range. The District of Columbia requires pay ranges in job postings. All six state the role is nonexempt and eligible for commission.

The job sells season, group, and premium ticket packages for one team. It carries a sales quota and an activity quota. It also covers game day activations, including field access, player autograph sessions, youth clinics, and mini games.

The posting asks for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of one year of outbound sales experience. Ticketmaster and Archtics experience is preferred.

The postings name Salesforce as the CRM for logging sales activity. The UFL's CRM Manager and Data Engineer postings state the league is moving to HubSpot.

The Reporting Line Above These Jobs Is Empty

The Account Executive reports to the Director, Team Ticket Sales & Service. That job is open. The Director reports to the Head of Business Operations (Team). That job is open too.

The UFL has not announced a hire for either role in any market.

Two Creative Director Jobs Open Under the SVP, Creative & Content

The league posted two director jobs in its creative group. Both pay $140,000 to $160,000. Both report to the SVP, Creative & Content.

Vince Pannozzo has held that title since November 2024. The UFL announced his hire that month along with three other executives.

Director, Design

The job sits in White Plains, New York, or Dallas, Texas. The league will take a remote candidate.

The role sets the visual identity for the league and all eight teams. The work covers brand campaigns, advertising, social and digital, sponsorships, merchandise, gameday graphics, presentations, and experiential design. The role also manages the UFL's external creative agency.

The posting asks for 8 to 10 or more years in brand, design, creative agency, sports, entertainment, or consumer marketing. It requires Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Director, Creative Video & Production

The job sits in Arlington, Texas. The UFL runs its football operations from Arlington.

The role builds and leads a team of videographers, editors, producers, and production staff. The work covers social-first video, player features, documentaries, all-access content, commercial productions, team launches, championship campaigns, and broadcast features. The posting states the job is to build the team, not to make every video.

The posting asks for 8 to 10 or more years leading creative video production in sports, entertainment, media, or agency settings. It requires Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Both postings state the league will evaluate AI-powered creative tools.

UFL Business Operations Run From White Plains, New York

The UFL runs its business operations from White Plains, New York, at 1 N Broadway. It runs its football operations from Arlington, Texas. The White Plains office operates under XFL Properties LLC, which does business as the United Football League.

Mike Repole invested in the UFL in July 2025. Repole co-founded Vitaminwater, BodyArmor, and NoBull. His firm, Impact Capital, leads the league's business operations. The new jobs sit under that group.

The VP, Consumer Products posting now reads "Reports to: President, Business Operations" in its header. The duties section of the same posting still reads "Interim President, Business Operations." The UFL has not announced a hire for that seat.

One Job Comes Off the Board

The Sr. Director, Digital Marketing & Media posting is gone. It was on the board on August 10. It is not on the board or in TeamWork Online search results now. The posting ran about 21 days.

The job paid $140,000 to $180,000. It sat in White Plains on a hybrid schedule, and the league was open to a remote candidate. It reported to the VP, Marketing. The role ran paid media across the league and all eight teams, covering search, social, display, video, programmatic, television, and radio. It also oversaw email, SMS, and the paid media budget for all eight teams and the league.

The UFL pulls a listing once it fills a seat, which points to an August 2026 hire. The league has not announced a name.

That makes eight UFL business-side listings closed since July 13.

The seat still exists in the league structure. The Sr. Director, Brand & Team Marketing posting lists the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & Media as a partner on channel strategy.
