UFL Front Office Jobs Drop Houston: Six New Postings Open, Board Hits 11

The UFL changed its Head of Business Operations (Team) posting. The job listed seven markets on July 22. It lists six now. Houston came off the list.

The league also posted six front office jobs this week, and the careers board now lists 11 openings. One posting closed.

Houston Comes Off the Head of Business Operations Posting

The July 22 version of the posting named seven markets: Columbus, Dallas, DC, Houston, Louisville, Orlando, and St. Louis.

The current version names six: Columbus, Dallas, DC, Louisville, Orlando, and St. Louis. Houston is not on it.

Birmingham has not appeared on this posting at any point.

The role reports to the VP, Team Business Operations. It runs the local business plan in a team market, covering ticketing, sponsorship, marketing, communications, and game day. It owns team revenue targets.

The compensation section lists a range of $135,000 to $235,000. The board header lists $130,000 to $235,000. The posting also sets ranges by location: $195,000 to $235,000 in Washington, DC; $140,000 to $180,000 in Columbus and Dallas; and $135,000 to $170,000 in Louisville, Orlando, and St. Louis.

The posting asks for 10 or more years in marketing, sponsorship sales, or revenue generation. It requires a BA or BS and prefers an MBA.

The UFL has not announced a hire for this role in any market.

Three New Team-Market Director Jobs

The league posted three director jobs that sit in team markets. All three report to the Head of Business Operations (Team), the role the UFL has not filled.

Director, Team Ticket Sales & Service

The job pays $100,000 to $140,000 in the compensation section. The board header lists $100,000 to $120,000.

It covers Columbus, Dallas, DC, Louisville, Orlando, and St. Louis. The director leads the local ticket sales team and carries an individual sales target on top of the team target. The job also recruits, hires, and trains sales and service staff.

The posting asks for seven years in ticket sales, service, or sports business operations, with three years in a management role. It requires Ticketmaster and Archtics experience.

Director, Team Partnerships

The job pays $120,000 to $160,000.

It covers Columbus, Dallas, DC, Louisville, and Orlando. St. Louis is not on this posting.

The director sells and activates corporate sponsorship in one market. The work covers proposals, partner pipelines, and the sales process from start to close.

The posting asks for seven years in the sports industry, including sponsorship sales and activation.

Director, Team Marketing

The job pays $120,000 to $150,000.

It covers Dallas, DC, and Louisville. Those are the only three markets on the posting.

The role has two reporting lines. It reports to the Head of Business Operations (Team) and to the league's Sr. Director, Brand & Team Marketing. The work covers local marketing campaigns, grassroots activation, street teams, and game day fan experience.

The posting asks for six to eight years of marketing management experience.

The three postings cover six markets, five markets, and three markets. The UFL is not staffing every market at the same rate.

The UFL Is Building a Data Team

The league posted two jobs that report to a VP, Data & Business Intelligence.

Data Engineer

The job pays $125,000 to $155,000 and sits in White Plains, New York.

The posting calls the role the first dedicated engineering hire on the Data & Business Intelligence team. The platform runs on Fivetran, dbt, BigQuery, and Cloud Run. An external partner built it. The engineer takes it in-house and owns the pipelines that move data from ticketing, digital media, CRM, and sales intelligence into BigQuery and back out.

The posting asks for three to five years of data engineering, SQL, Python, and Google Cloud Platform.

CRM Manager

The job pays $95,000 to $110,000 and sits in White Plains.

The posting states that the UFL is moving to HubSpot. The manager owns the platform through the transition and administers HubSpot Sales after it goes live. The job also manages the HubSpot integration with Ticketmaster and Archtics.

The Data Engineer posting names the same CRM migration as part of that job.

The posting asks for three to five years administering a CRM platform.

The UFL closed a VP, Business Intelligence posting in late July. That job paid $220,000 to $250,000 and reported to the EVP of Finance. See our July 13 report.

Sr. Director, Digital Marketing & Media

The job pays $140,000 to $180,000. It sits in White Plains on a hybrid schedule, and the league will take a remote candidate. It reports to the VP, Marketing.

The role runs paid media across the league and all eight teams. It covers search, social, display, video, programmatic, television, and radio. It also oversees email and SMS.

The job directly oversees the paid media budget for all eight teams and the league. It works with Ticketmaster on media plans and manages the league's media agency relationships.

The posting asks for 10 or more years in acquisition marketing and performance marketing.

All eight team-specific TeamWork Online boards are empty. Every UFL posting sits under the league office.

UFL Business Operations Run From White Plains, New York

The UFL runs its business operations from White Plains, New York, at 1 N Broadway. It runs its football operations from Arlington, Texas. The White Plains office operates under XFL Properties LLC, which does business as the United Football League.

Mike Repole invested in the UFL in July 2025. Repole co-founded Vitaminwater, BodyArmor, and NoBull. His firm, Impact Capital, leads the league's business operations. The new jobs sit under that group.

The VP, Consumer Products posting reports to an Interim President, Business Operations. The title indicates the league has not filled that seat.

One Job Comes Off the Board

The Accounting Associate posting now reads "This job is closed to new applications."

The job was temporary and part-time. It paid $25 to $32 per hour at about 20 to 29 hours per week. It reported to the Sr. Director of Accounting and sat in the Tri-State area. The work covered accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and journal entries for monthly close.

The posting ran about 19 days. The UFL pulls a listing once it fills a seat, which points to an August 2026 hire.

That makes seven UFL business-side listings closed since July 13.
