Arizona returns to the National Championship after defeating the San Diego Strike Force in the Western Conference Championship. The Rattlers entered the postseason as the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference before going on the road and eliminating the defending champion Vegas Knight Hawks in the opening round, followed by the conference's top-seeded Strike Force.
The postseason run gives Arizona an opportunity to reclaim the championship it won just two seasons ago. The Rattlers captured the 2024 IFL National Championship and now return to the title game looking to add another trophy to one of the most accomplished histories in indoor football. Green Bay enters the National Championship as the No. 1 overall seed after finishing the regular season 13-3 and earning its second consecutive trip to the title game. The Blizzard defeated the Orlando Pirates in the opening round before taking down the Tulsa Oilers in the Eastern Conference Championship.
As the No. 1 overall seed, Green Bay will serve as the home team for the 2026 IFL National Championship.
For the Blizzard, Sunday is a chance to finish the job after coming agonizingly close one year ago. Green Bay reached the 2025 IFL National Championship and came within inches of capturing the title, falling to the Vegas Knight Hawks on the final play of the game.
