After a record breaking first month of the UFL offseason, with preseason games beginning several UFL players may be called upon to help teams finish out their final game. Last year the UFL saw over 60 players earn NFL contracts, with 75 earning contracts in 2024. UFL players became eligible to sign with NFL teams once the 2026 championship game was complete.
So far 119 UFL players have earned 196 workouts since the completion of the regular season.
The UFL has seen 64 players signed to NFL rosters so far.
Running Back Deuce Vaughn earned a contract with the Houston Texans after a successful workout with the team. Vaughn is the third running back to earn a contract from the Storm. The Storm also saw a trio of Safeties earn contracts with the several NFL teams. Jaylen Mahoney, Josh Minkins, and Jason Taylor II signed with the Eagles, Cardinals, and Lions respectively.
